Thank you for completing our online registration. Within the next 5 minutes you will receive a confirmation email from our CustomTrack System. This will contain your Service Ticket Number.  Please label your drive with your name, email address and/or Service Ticket Number before shipping.

The next step is to get your failed drive to us. Pack it in a sturdy box surrounded by several inches of cushioning material. Please note that shipping a drive in a bubble envelope is not adequate protection and could potentially make a bad situation worse by causing further damage to the drive. You do not need to include any power or USB cables in the box. We prefer to receive the drive, but if you are unable to remove it from your computer and must ship the laptop, please make sure that all sides, especially the corners, are protected. Laptop shipments do require extra insurance and handling. A $20 fee will be added to the final invoice. NOTE: If you are supplying a target drive for the return of data, please include it with your failed drive in this initial shipment. If it is not included we will assume that you wish to purchase a drive from us.

If you have requested a UPS shipping label, it will be emailed shortly. If your request is made outside of our normal business hours, your label will be processed the next business day. Please check your spam or junk email folder, in case the UPS label is filtered by your email application.

If you are local, you are welcome to stop by the office from 10-6 Monday through Thursday or 10-5 on Friday to deliver it in person. We can often provide a quote while you wait. No appointment is needed.

We do keep a copy or image of your data for ten days to ensure that you receive it successfully. After that your data is securely erased.
